files were created in FULL SCALE using SolidWorks 3D modeling software.
The 3D model is based on what was left of the original machine and
my discovery of the chair used on it. Other supporting information
came from Hollywood prop builders and folks who helped restore it.
It was quite the research effort. Subsequently, Masterpiece Models
recreated both Time Machine versions (large and small) using my drawings
my imaginary image of the work bench where George Wells built the
console for his Time Machine, complete with tools and the Tantalus
box to the left.
of the Time Machine lever is very detailed, note that little copper
triangles is riveted to the rock crystal and that the bottom of it
has a bayonet socket.
also nice images which Chris Perrotta made of the
Wah Chang miniature model!
